The rewards of the Annapurna Circuit may be well worth the hardships, but only honest self evaluation and rigorous training will see the rewards of success come through. Physical conditioning, mental endurance, correct equipment and being realistic are non-negotiable conditions.
You should think about employing some expert local guides who know the weather conditions, dealing with altitude, and dealings with emergencies. We cannot afford to lose their knowledge one way or the other.
